Dream’s Turned To Dust

Dream’s Turned To Dust:

In the end everyone dies,

There’s no need to question why,

We all know the answer,

Corruption causes cancer,

Left to rot and rust,

Dream’s turned to dust,

The world’s poisoned by disease,

We Drift slowly in the breeze,

Floating lazily across the land,

We’re all just grains of sand.

This poem was inspired by The Daily Post’s One Word Prompt: Grain
