Journey of my Life:

The story of my life,
Has taken me to the hell inside,
Shown me the blade of the knife,
When I cannot run, I’ve tried to hide,

The story of my life,
Has taken me to some dark places,
Shown me the evil within,
When I cannot forgive, the sorrow begins,

The story of my life,
Has taken me through the saddest of times,
Shown me the crimson red,
When I cannot see, will someone guide me?

The story of my life,
Has taken me down a path less travelled,
Shown me the never ending crossroads,
When I don’t know which way to turn, I ask will I ever learn?

The story of my life,
Has taken me through an unseen struggle,
Shown me the love of a mother, the betrayal of so many others,
When I’m losing the war, I wish for how it was before,

The story of my life,
Has been paved with scars,
From all the times I fell so far,

And, the journey of my life,
Has made me who I now am,
Just a broken man.
