Ghosts of the lost.

Ghosts of the lost:

As my story became unfurled,

I’ve been around the world,

Travelled to the darkest parts,

Living, alone in my own hell,

Adrift, awaiting my death knell,

After my dreams came undone,

Yet I know, I’m not the only one,  

Remnants of the past plague me,

Ghosts of the lost still haunt me,

Will these demons never leave,

For the man I used to be, I grieve.
