The Friday Face-Off is a meme created by Books by Proxy. The idea is to compare the different covers of a book with each week being a certain theme.
This weeks theme is: “I got no strings to hold me down” – a cover featuring a doll or puppet.
My choice is:

The cover on the copy I own is actually the first cover and it fits the book well but I really like this cover and for me, there was just something about it that made me pick it as the winner.

I like the author but I really dislike this covers, all of them… the one that wasn’ too bad to me is the first one, sorry!

Lol.😂 The first one is the cover I’ve got. Definitely a creepy selection but the doll does fit with the story in the book.

Erm… I think I now need therapy! I don’t LIKE any of the covers, but the one I think is the most effectively creepy and horrible is your choice, Drew *shudders and goes to lie down in a darken- nope, changed my mind – WELL LIT room*

For once I can honestly say that I cannot decide because I dislike everyone 😂 I am sure it is a great book, but it would never catch my eye with the cover.

Seriously did ye have to pick a book with all creepy covers. Ugh. I don’t think I could have these in me hold cause they feel like the puppets are looking at ye and trying to think of ways to escape.
