Welcome once again to Music Monday where I offer you all a song that I really like. If anyone wants to join in then please feel free to have a go! 🙂
Rev Theory: Broken Bones.
Walking a fine line between wrong and right
And I know
There is a part of me that I try to hide
But I can’t win
And I can’t fight
I keep holding on too tight
Running away from the world outsideNow I am calling
Hoping you’ll hear me
We all need somebody
To believe in something
And I won’t fear this
When I am falling
We all need somebody
That can mend these broken bonesCaught in the confines of the simple life
And I am
Holding my head high in the rising tide
And I can’t win
And I can’t fight
I keep holding on too tight
Running away from the world outsideBut oh
YeahI’m not coming home now
I know
I’m so far away
So far from home
I’m not coming home now
I know
I’m so far away
I’m so far awayAnd I can’t win
And I can’t fight
I keep holding on too tightAnd I can’t win
And I can’t fight
I keep holding on too tight
Running away from the world outside

Thanks for sharing, I’m enjoying the change of pace with these music posts.

Not too much of a change of pace, won’t be many surprises it’ll usually be rock, metal or 80’s hair metal, no pop, rap or Bieber.😂

This is the album that really got them on my radar. Truth is Currency (back when they were Revelation Theory) was okaaay, but more of the songs on Light it Up were just that much better. Probably would’ve gone with Light it Up (or maybe Hell yeah) myself, but to each their own, yeah?

Yeah, there’s a couple of songs on Truth is Currency that I like, but overall this album is far better. I love both of those songs, but went with the one with meaningful lyrics rather than rock and roll shenanigans.😂

Nice song. Reminds me of Creed.

I can see it, hadn’t thought that before, but yeah, I can see some Creed in it.

A great song. Not completely for me, yet I do not mind it. Nice pick man!
