I’m going Troll hunting!!!!!

troll hunting

Welcome to The Tattooed Book Geek trolls the troll! I will warn you in advance that I wasn’t in the best of moods when I wrote this post and as such, it is strewn with profanity and sarcasm.

explicit content

On Thursday afternoon I received a notification from Amazon UK about a comment that had been left on my Red Sister book review. When I looked at it, turns out that it had been a comment left by a pustule from the rear end of humanity, more commonly known as a troll. To say that I wasn’t impressed would be an understatement, I was fuming, I even considered taking up troll hunting as a hobby, I guess that with this post in a way I did.

I posted the comment and a link to the actual review on my blog FB page, Twitter and in a FB group (thanks to those who commented, I appreciate it). General consensus was that there’s nothing wrong with the review and that the guy is a jerk.

Over a day later on Friday evening, the comment was still playing on my mind (yeah, I overthink things that I know I shouldn’t bother with). Anyhow, I started debating writing a blog post as I needed to vent. I took a step back, thought it through, wrote the post and have then been thinking about whether to post it or not as being honest, it serves no purpose other than allowing me a platform to voice my opinion but I guess, if I can’t use my blog as a way to write my thoughts then what’s the point?! So, to borrow from Eminem ‘here’s my ten cents, my two cents are free‘ on the troll who trolled my review!

Onto the post, I mentioned troll hunting above, so……hunting trolls I go, hunting trolls I go, gonna burn them with sarcasm, hunting trolls I go! 🙂

Sssshhhh! Be very very quiet, I’m hunting trolls! They often hide, lurking out of sight, usually found in dark places, basements, cellars, abandoned houses, dumpsters, sheds, storage units, occasionally they will go outside and visit supermarkets (need to stock up on super noodles and tissues) and cafes (that weirdo in the corner winking at you, probably a troll). Mostly they are hidden from the outside world, preferring to keep themselves behind a screen, be it phone, tablet, laptop or PC, this is their camouflage, you can’t see them, they are invisible to us, only showing themselves when they decide to air their opinions and ‘troll’ people.

Wow, it takes a big person to hide behind a screen (yes, I’m fully aware I’m writing this on my blog, difference is, I say it how it is and I don’t need a screen to hide behind. I would gladly say anything that I write in this post or any other in real-life). Trolls, just so you know, opinions are like arseholes, we all have them, it doesn’t mean we need or want to see yours though!

Above you’ll see a screen print of the comment and below is the link to the review that the comment was aimed at. Please feel free to read the review and offer your thoughts.

This is the actual troll comment:

You’re correct that detail is required for a review to be of any value, but some other attributes are also essential if it is to be worth reading. I didn’t read the entire review, in part because of the following sentence, which makes no sense:

“For committing a terrible crime against an heir to one of the wealthy and powerful families of Abeth in the defence of her friend, a small girl who to everyone else was beneath notice, someone deemed less than nothing, who should have been allowed to die at the hands of the rich with no recompense.”

Actually it isn’t a sentence: it has no main clause. I had to piece out the sense of it from the remainder of the paragraph, which is unnecessary work.

So, let me analyse, here’s where I doth my deerstalker hat a la Sherlock Holmes, pretend that I’m clever and not just a foul-mouthed delinquent.

– You have taken the start of my review and used it against me, twisting it to your vile means. I wrote “When I finished reading Red Sister, I updated Goodreads and wrote ‘wow, just pure freaking awesome’ but I’m guessing that sentence alone won’t cut it for a review and that you’ll want more, taskmasters that you are!” You twist that and inform me that I’m ‘correct‘ and that ‘detail is required‘. Lucky me, I just filled with pride when you told me that I’m correct, a warm fuzzy feeling inside, a glow that I couldn’t contain exploded in my heart, how gratifying it was! Tell me, could you not think of your own beginning? Did you have to twist mine because you were incapable of thinking of a start to your trolling? Sigh, originality Mr Troll, originality, but if we are taking other people’s words and using them to our own cause, then let me do it and paraphrase The Great One himself, The Brahma Bull, The Rock and tell you – Mr Troll, you take that beginning, you shine it up real nice, turn that sumbitch sideways, and stick it straight up your candy ass!

– Here’s the thing people, I don’t pertain to be good at grammar, I’m not, I suck at it, that dear readers is no secret as I’ve proclaimed it to you all enough. What I do is write from the heart, that is all. Mr Troll there was no need to get on your high horse simply because my sentence didn’t conform to your exacting standards of Nazi tyranny, you don’t conform to my standards of being a decent human, I guess that makes us even!

– In the comment you say that you didn’t read the entire review ‘in part’ due to the sentence that you ragged on (while it may not be a stereotypical sentence, we all write differently, that is how I chose to word my sentence, lilting, lyrical and poetic. Taken with the rest of the paragraph, which I’ll add was my brief overview of the story it made complete sense). So, that was the second paragraph, lots more of the review left after that that you ignored. Looking at your words does that mean then that you’d already decided not to read the whole review? You read the start, I assure you the rest of the review was good and well worth your time reading it, yet it sounds like you never intended on that!

– Lets look at this pearl of insight from Mr Troll “but some other attributes are also essential if it is to be worth reading” yes, it’s a valid point, but would you like to tell us all where then in your comment Mr Troll you actually tell us those other attributes? Oh that’s right, you don’t! So…..pointless and insubstantial! And so, the fact that you didn’t tell us makes your comment, in your own words “unnecessary work” as I then had to delve deeper into what you might deem those ‘essential attributes‘. Look, I can use phrases from your comment against you, does it make me big? Clever? Articulate? Eloquent? Verbose? Loquacious? No, it means I’m stooping to your low level and in this case, I accept that, I twisted your words, burn motherfucker! Scalding! See, if your gonna do it, do it with style and don’t pick on someone who majored in sarcasm!

– I was intrigued, call me nosey if you will but damn was I dying to know, I just had to find out what you deemed ‘essential attributes‘ and so I checked out your profile, as you neglected to tell me, I went searching, thinking to myself ‘well, Mr Troll must know what he’s talking about, I’ll go look at his reviews‘. I was sure I’d learn some long lost secrets, buried deep and hidden from the world within his words, I was searching for the holy grail of reviews, something that would bring enlightenment and peace to the world! Do you know what I found my friends when I travelled far and wide to compare my obviously crap review with the greatness of those by Mr Troll? I’ll tell you, diddly squat, sweet Fanny Adams, nadda, nothing, zilch, fuck all! You see, Mr Troll, omnipotent deity and know-it-all reviewer extraordinaire didn’t have any reviews on his Amazon profile, nothing at all! Well, colour me shocked! No substance, nothing to back up a damn word that you wrote, do we know what this means?! Let’s say it all together, drum roll please……TROLL!

Now Mr Troll don’t get grumpy, grouchy, moody, sad, miserable or pull out and play the damn PC card on me and above all ‘don’t you dare be sour’. You see, you started this, you trolled me, I’m merely repaying the favour and doing it back to you and your comment. The only difference between me and you is this and I’ll put it as simple as I possibly can so that even a troll like you can understand it “ug oggg oohh agg gggrrr nnnggg ggaaa” see, I can also speak troll, look at me Mum, I speak two languages, three if you count my fluent sarcasm aren’t you proud of your son! Now in English, I’m better at it than you! I would end this paragraph with my favourite DX saying ‘and if you’re not down with that I got 2 words for ya…….suck it!‘ But I wouldn’t want you to take it literally as trust me, I don’t want your dirty troll hands or your dirty troll mouth anywhere near me!

I bet your parents are so proud of you, taking up trolling as a hobby, congratulations, likewise do you have a girlfriend? Wife? Boyfriend? Husband? Because, wow, what a catch you are! Here I am, single and if you’ve got a partner, well, they are the luckiest person in the world, I’ll reiterate, what a catch, winning, score one for the sad freaks in life! Readers are you all jealous? Maybe you’d like to hook up with Mr Troll, let him show you a good time, flowers, chocolates, a nice meal by candlelight, a moonlight walk and then to end the night some low grade trolling of innocents! Well, my innocence died a long time ago, no need to hide simply on Amazon Mr Troll, you can find me right here on my blog The Tattooed Book Geek, come chat, lets debate, to quote John Cena ‘you want some, come get some‘ hell I’ll even buy some nuts for you to choke on! 😉

There might well be those amongst you, especially the people who have read some of my previous posts namely, An Open Letter to The Uninformed Masses and The Haters, An Open Letter To an Unnamed Author and Foul Language in Reviews, is it a turn-off? Those who have seen my rather blunt, unique and don’t give a shit attitude and you might be wondering why I’ve taken such umbrage at the comment when it’s such a miniscule and minor thing, or if you prefer my impolite version then, why it fucking pissed me off!

Well, simply put, there are two reasons, firstly, back in the long ago past, years and years away in a different lifetime little baby Tattooed Book Geek was bullied at school. Bullying in any form is wrong and trolling is a form of bullying, it is unacceptable, heinous and vile behaviour and I won’t stand for it happening to me (this post is my response, it’s my battle cry, stand up, say no to trolling). Beneath the sarcasm, the swearing and the bluntness, I’m just a simple person, shockingly with feelings, cut me and I bleed, like everyone else, I’m human and we shouldn’t have to deal with this shit in any form or way of life. And, secondly, I stand up for what I believe in and for others, I won’t let a troll no matter how small or insignificant (from small seeds blossom big trees) the comment they wrote get me down, I will stand and be counted on the side of the righteous, the holy and the just! – yeah, melodramatic but I have a flair for it! 🙂

At times I lack confidence, especially in my reviewing, each time I post a review it’s putting it out there to be read and critiqued and I question is it good enough. Likewise with the poetry I write, each piece posted is displaying part of my tortured and damaged soul to be read and seen.

I’m happy to do that and for both, critique it, be critical, tell me it sucks, tell me it’s bad, praise it, tell me it’s good, evocative of feeling, offer suggestions, do whatever you want but make sure it’s a valid point and to the those out there who pray on others don’t fucking troll it or me!

I’m personally feeling much better after my vitriolic, foul mouthed and expletive laden diatribe. Yes, I’m aware that I’ve gone against the grain of the saying ‘don’t feed the trolls‘ but it was cathartic to me writing this. Now I’m going to sit back, have a cup of tea and do some reading.

For you Mr Troll, well, for you and all the other trolls out there actually, I suggest this. Do us all a favour, fuck off back under your bridge, you jumped up loser, you are a sad pathetic excuse of a person, get a fucking life!

No trolls (sadly) were harmed in the making of this post.

Thanks for reading!

thats all folks

  1. OMG you go Drew!! I think this is so important to point out 👏 Trolls are pathetic and seriously need to get a life because you’re right. We’re all humans. We have feelings 👌I’m proud you stand up to those bullies!

  2. Haha omg I literally wrote a piece addressing trolls recently (haven’t posted it yet and not sure I will) but I can totally relate to this! I also normally have a very “don’t give a shit” attitude when it comes to trolls, but every so often one of them pisses me off. It’s less when they’re insulting and more when I just want to fob them off with a “get a life!!”- because what they said was just so darned irritating. Personally I prefer it when they sling insults than when they ask questions- like “why don’t you do x in your reviews?”- I don’t know why, but that always gets my goat. By the way- I remember your review of Red Sister- it was excellent!! This person was just being a tool! (loved your arsehole metaphor btw- and eww that sounds so weird to say 😉 )

    1. That’s true, insults are definitely better, you can insult them back then!😂

I totally agree it’s so annoying when they ask questions, why don’t you do this and the equally annoying why do you do that!😠

Cool, I’d look forward to reading that post but I’d get it if you didn’t post it, I was unsure whether or not to post this as it’s just me ranting in a foul mouthed and sarcastic manner even more so than normally, but I ended up thinking, it might lose me followers, people might complain, etc but it’s my blog and I should be able to post what I want, I guess, if I can’t use my blog as a way to voice my opinion then what’s the point in having a blog.

Thank you! I thought my Red Sister review was pretty good, that’s one of the things that annoyed me do much, I knew it was fairly decent and then to get some nonse diss it, hell no!

Lmao, it is weird to write but thanks I thought the arsehole metaphor was amusing.😀

yes absolutely!! I just think “if you don’t like the style of my review- do us both a favour and read something else!!”
haha I think most people will sympathise. And to be honest, I will most probably post it eventually- but to counter my hot-headedness, I usually sit on these things to make sure I absolutely want to say it and that I’ve expressed it how I want to 😉 But I always inevitably post everything- cos I one hundred percent agree- that’s the whole darn point of having a blog!!
You’re welcome!! It was!! hehehe yes it was!!

  3. The first thing I thought when I read the title of this post was, “TROLL IN THE DUNGEON! TROLL IN THE DUNGEON!” I’m sorry, I couldn’t resist making the Harry Potter reference. I don’t like trolls either, and I agree with you 100% that trolling is a form of bullying and I have zero tolerance for bullying of any kind.

    1. I’ve just read it, Lmao you used my ‘colour me shocked’ line, well played Stephy, I bow down to you, I hadn’t bothered to reply to him then again I’m fairly sure that Amazon wouldn’t have approved my blog post if I’d posted it as a comment due to foul language and sarcasm!😂

I hope Trollykins isn’t a jerk and replies to you or starts trolling you, that’d be really unfair and bad.

      1. Hey…I just think people like that need a life. I am always quiet on Twitter bc I don’t want to be picked on. But Amazon comments like that? It deserves to be called out. I got your back, and if he comes to get me, maybe you’ll have mine!
But I think people like that need to GET A LIFE. SERIOUSLY. The other guy who commented at least had a gripe: he didn’t like the book. But Mr. McGuire had nothing (literally nothing) better to do apparently. And that makes me sick.

        Liked by 1 person

      2. Yeah, the other guy didn’t like the book, I accept that, wasn’t impressed he decided to choose my review to voice his opinion but he’s allowed an opinion and he has a proper profile with lots of books on it, only issue I had with him was that he came across as condescending in his comment and didn’t seem to respect my view. I know a couple of fantasy fans who love Lawrence and didn’t like the book so obviously not everyone hyped it just because it was a Lawrence book, likewise he picked the wrong review to comment on as both Danielle and Lilly read Red Sister due to me and loved it and neither had read a Lawrence book before.

Yeah, Trollykins had nothing to do and that’s what annoyed me, I don’t need sh#t like that, I think my reviews are crap but to get called out by a jerk like that hell no, he doesn’t even have any reviews I mean WTF, obviously a troll and if I want to fragment my sentences then I will, the paragraph on a whole made perfect sense to me and others.

Lol I’m not used to people having my back! I’m like a regulator and a lone Wolf! But of course, I’ll have your back, it’s obvious with that author harassment post I wrote that I stick up for others.😀

  4. Lol, sometimes it’s good to vent and I’m not sure the troll thought you’d vent this much lol. I clicked on the person’s link and they have a book in their wishlist call Troll something, which just proved they are one. It’s usually someone jealous of you getting a free book or someone who just has too much time on their hands.
One serious thing though, Amazon’s full of trolls and I mean FULL of trolls. Not sure how long you’ve posted reviews there but the longer you post there the worse it could get. I got used to troll votes as well as troll comments on my reviews :/ Sometimes I write an overly cheerful answer to show them I’m not fazed and to annoy them :). Hope you feel better after this post 🙂

    1. I do feel better, anything that lets me use my foul potty mouth and sarcasm to the extreme is good! Ah, I wouldn’t do that but if it works for you writing a Happy comment then fair play, I like ranting and making sarcastic remarks to much, I don’t do happy or nice.😂

  5. I must admit that I’m not a fan of Amazon (as a review site) and only use it because most publishers like you to post your review on there. This is the reason why – I don’t think I’ve had any comments – if I have then they’ve gone over my head anyway. But this trolling and also people voting on the unhelpful buttons really naffs me off. Don’t get me wrong – if someone feels my review is unhelpful then that’s their opinion – however, it’s a little bit snide on Amazon because clearly people use it in a mean and troll-like way because it’s all linked to ratings.

    1. I have to agree with you as I’m not a fan of Amazon either and only use it as you say the publishers seem to expect it, which is fair enough. The guy had no books and no reviews on his profile which annoyed me as I didn’t see how he could comment on my review and diss it when he has none of his own, likewise he didn’t read the whole review as he proclaimed, if he’d read it and genuinely found it unhelpful then fine but being honest we’re bloggers we don’t just write ‘dis book waz da bomb’ for a review, we all generally write well thought out reviews and explain are reasons, can’t see how anyone can fault that.

Writing the post made me feel better, that’s the main thing.😀

Trolls… I haven’t had to deal with any.. ever… anyhere. Not on Twitter, FB or Amazon/Goodreads… I guess I can thank my lucky stars… But I really have to make this point… I’m really peed off someone decided to call trolls trolls.. because I kind of like trolls.. like th real/fiction trolls.. not the human equivalent of trolls.. but I think the human trolls are an insult to, you know, Norwegian trolls XD

  7. I’ve seen plenty of spammers, but never encountered a grammar police type of troll before. Your Red Sister review was great, I was one of the first few to comment on it, and most certainly didn’t see anything wrong with the text, it was easy to read and to the point. Haters can hate all they want, I enjoy reading your reviews!

    Liked by 1 person

  8. Well… I’m a Creative Writing tutor and I DO know about grammar and stuff as it happens. Your troll is wrong – a sentence is a string of words that contains a noun or subject and a verb, eg. Jesus wept. That is a simple sentence. A compound sentence contains more than one clause. While he might want to grumble about your trick of stringing together a number of clauses because he doesn’t like it as a writing style, he is talking a load of rubbish about it not being a sentence.
If your reviews really were such a chore to read, you wouldn’t have the solid fan base you’ve got, so take some deep calming breaths and ignore him.

    Liked by 1 person

    1. He wouldn’t know if the review was a chore to read though as he only read the first bit, he made that blatantly obvious, that’s part of what annoyed me and the fact he has nothing on his profile, no reviews, nothing.

I’ve always said I’m crap at grammar as it’s true, I just write how I write.

I guess I do have a solid base on the blog, hadn’t thought of that before!

Being honest the comment just annoyed me, really annoyed me and I debated over even posting this post as I know it serves no real purpose. Only allowing me to vent my displeasure in a variety of colourful ways.😂

      1. Yep – he’s a windup merchant. And yes… think of how many comments you get on a regular basis and what a strong following you have. It’s a sign of your popularity that you have attracted the attention of some jealous no-hoper, too.

  9. His comment certainly wasn’t necessary. I can see why it solicited some irritation. He is acting like a total tool. I would feel the same. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the review.

I guess I am misunderstanding though. The guy is actually trolling? He is doing this to multiple reviewers? Because if he is truly trolling, I think Amazon will actually assist in removing the comments. From my experience with them, they are quick to act in situations where it is apparent that someone is just out to spam reviews and negative comments. You could probably send them screenshots of the reviews he is doing this to and possibly have his profile removed if you felt like it 😉

    Liked by 1 person

    1. Ha some irritation, erm…..did you read the post, that wasn’t some irritation that was mega p#ssed off irritation.😂

He trolled my comment ergo he is trolling, irrelevant if he trolls other reviews of mine or other people’s the comment he left was a troll comment, it was wrong, based on nothing but his own opinion, general consensus is he is a troll and a jerk. It only takes one comment to be a troll, don’t need to be to multiple reviewers and to me he trolled my review, if people think that his comment is valid as it’s his opinion and view then it has to be fine that my view on him is that he is a troll as that is my view and opinion. He also has a book called troll bridge on his Amazon profile and nothing else, no other products and no reviews.

If you don’t think he is a troll then we are going to have to agree to disagree cos I think he is, I also know that I enjoyed writing that post, I got to use a variety of colourful phrases.😂

      1. I agree he was being a total turd haha. I just thought trolling implied someone who repetitively spams multiple people in the same manner so no offense intended. So I was trying to be helpful in the fact I that I thought Amazon has a policy in place to help prevent things such as this ☺

        Liked by 1 person

      2. I guess trolling implies that the person trolls multiple people but you know me, I do my own thing, he trolled my comment ergo to me he is a troll, he might be trolling others to I don’t know, I’m probably one of the only ones who would write a blog post trolling the troll though so I don’t know if he’s at it on other reviews or not, I know Stephy replied to his comment on the review, she trolled the troll too, bwahahaha! 🙂

You were being helpful and it’s appreciated, you’re a nice blogger, I’m a mean blogger! 😉

  10. I LOVE grammar–but I think people who believe that good grammar is the most important attribute of good writing are entirely missing the point. I’ve met teachers whose focus is on “correctness in essays,’ by which they mean good grammar. The reality is that original ideas, logic, and evidence are more important than grammar. You can say something interesting and worthwhile with typos and grammar mistakes. And you can write a grammatically impeccable essay/review/comment/whatever that’s factually incorrect, illogical, or just plain boring. Grammar is important, sure, but it’s not primary, and personally I don’t think much of the opinions of someone who judges writing solely or mostly on grammar.

Also, have we not all been on the Internet long enough to know that mocking someone’s grammar is just obnoxious. For many reasons. The person could have the language as a second language so they’re not perfect at it. Or they were in a hurry. Or they just didn’t proofread because it’s an Amazon review, not a job application for the FBI. Give people a break, and if you want to point out grammar mistakes, do it in a way that’s productive rather than rude.

    Liked by 1 person

    1. Ha, if people pointed out my grammar mistakes then they would be doing it all the time! 😂

Totally agree that we’ve all been on the Internet long enough to know that it’s obnoxious. And that’s very true about second languages.

While I know my grammar is bad the guy who commented as he so politely put it didn’t read anymore of the review. His comment was based on the first paragraph, for all he knew as he didn’t bother reading it the grammar in the rest of the review could have been impeccable (obviously I know it isn’t).

He has nothing and no reviews on his profile, that in itself is suspicious. And he pulled me up on my review, I couldn’t even read his as he has none. Telling me that reviews need to be thorough but also need other attributes, he didn’t explain in his comment what these other attributes are. Yet having to figure out the meaning of a sentence by reading the next one was hard work! Sigh! It annoyed me, I guess that’s easy to tell, not sure writing and posting what I did was correct, it certainly wasn’t mature but venting made me feel better so I have to stick by my decision to do so.

  11. Back in the days when I frequented Usenet groups to follow my interests (yes, I’m *that* old… LOL) one of the “laws” of such communities was “don’t feed the trolls”, people (?) who enjoyed jumping into any group trying to disrupt the flow of conversation with some inane comments. And it was indeed wise advice, because when “fed” – i.e. graced with an answer – these trolls kept going, enjoying themselves immensely, so I always agreed that scornful silence was the best way to thwart their pitiful attempts: there can’t be anything worse, from their point of view, than being ignored and seeing their oh-so-carefully-crafted wording amount to nothing. Starve the trolls, and live happy! 😉

  12. What an absolute asshole (the troll, of course, not you). It’s like, don’t they have anything else to do with their life other than make pointless remarks about things that, in the grand scheme of things, don’t even matter? It’s a book review, for god’s sake, not a bloody PhD assignment. Even if your grammar was off (which it wasn’t to my reading), what do they think they’re going to achieve by posting such an arrogant comment in response? Well, I guess they’ve achieved one thing; they’ve displayed what a hypocritical prick they are and shown that they clearly don’t have the capacity to craft a review of their own. Their lack of reviews and the fact that they twisted your words in an attempt to make them their own shows nothing but downright jealousy. It’s perhaps a cliche, but they do say how others treat you isn’t a reflection of you but of them and their own insecurities. Insecure or not, this kind of behaviour isn’t excusable or acceptable. Good on you for speaking out. A lot of people say crap like “But it’s online, it’s not the same.” but bullying is bullying in any form. Words hurt just as much as punches and kicks, if not more.

Also, that comment about supermarket shopping for super noodles and tissues made me laugh way more than it perhaps should have done :’)

    Liked by 1 person

    1. Lol thanks for pointing that out “absolute asshole (the troll, of course, not you)”😂

I think it’s irrelevant if it’s online or not, or only online being honest as words hurt, they are emotional bullying and you see in the news what trolls and emotional abuse do to people.

Ha, super noodles and tissues, I’m guessing it made you laugh as you knew what I was implying with the tissues!😂

It’s better to do so and it was certainly entertaining for me to read that vent .But in a way by responding you have actually given the troll the gratification and the response that he wanted to draw from you . Bottom line you are way better than getting your hand or long swords dirty with them low life Trolls

  14. Well this was highly entertaining. Love how you released all that anger into the post and poured the steaming hot lava right on them trolls. Wouldn’t wish any troll to have the unlucky fate to run into you now. I haven’t ever run into a troll through blogging yet, I doubt they’d survive tough. 😀 I can only tolerate such behaviour from friends, since I know what they’re doing and.. well.. 2 can play that game. However, trolling from unknown people? God, I hope I won’t run into that. It won’t end up being a pleasant day for said troll. 😀 Fantastic post, Drew. Had fun reading through this.

P.S. Your Red Sister review did nothing wrong. It told us how much you loved the book clearly, and that’s what counts. 😀

    1. That’s very true about friends and the ‘two can’ play bit, I’m also prepared to accept it through bloggers, not trolling but if they commented on the grammar and then I’d retort, just fun and banter as you’ve gotten to know the blogger through blogging but God no, not when it’s a complete stranger, no way will I accept it.

Glad you were entertained, most people were, quite surprised no one decided to inform me that by trolling the troll I was myself being a troll, but it’s all good fun, it let out my anger and amused me, turned into a fun post. Fully aware that it wasn’t the mature and adult thing to do and it certainly went against the don’t feed the trolls saying but who cares, it was fun.😂

Ahhhhh! BURN! Hahahaha loved your rant as always Drew 🙂
